Last updated: January 2026

By using Medyl, you agree to the following terms. These are written to be clear and fair to everyone.

Important: Medyl is a communication and information platform — not a medical provider. Clinician responses are informational and based on what you share.

What Medyl is

Medyl helps you organize health information and communicate with clinicians. It provides tools to track symptoms, receive guidance, and understand your health better.

Our responsibilities

Clinician responses

Clinician responses on Medyl are informational guidance based on what you share. They do not constitute a formal diagnosis, treatment plan, or doctor-patient relationship. Always consult with a healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Account actions

Medyl may limit or suspend access if the platform is misused, including but not limited to: spam, abuse, impersonation, or attempts to circumvent safety controls.

Availability

Medyl is provided "as-is" and may change or improve over time. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as Medyl evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
